Study Of Carbon Emissions Influence Factors Of China’s Provinces Base On Spatial Econometrics

Chinese government’s attitude to energy conservation and emissions reduction affects the domestic market and other countries. Energy conservation and emissions reduction is not only China’s national concerned topic, also is the focus of all countries in the world. So study the effect of co2 emission factors for carbon dioxide emissions is the theoretical and practical significance.Traditional literature for carbon dioxide emissions research mainly focused on the factors influencing the direct effects of carbon emissions.Based on the traditional method, this paper analyzed the direct impact of carbon dioxide emissions factors for carbon emissions, and it analyzed spatial spillover between carbon emissions influence factors.At last it set up a series of space model to carbon emission factors effect on the carbon emissions.First of all, it analyzed of carbon emissions influence factors for the effects of carbon emissions based on the spatial panel data. The result showed a significant spatial spillover between Chinese provincial. Second, the result showed the spatial spillover is gradually decreasing and significant by piecewise spatial panel data analysis. Again, the result showed a significant spatial heterogeneity in Chinese provincial carbon emissions according to the cross section data regression using the GWR model. Finally, this paper put forward the corresponding policy recommendations based on the above theoretical and empirical analysis.The study puts forward specific policy recommendations:different provinces should have the gradient goals of green GDP based on their economic development. The province should reduce the spatial spillover effects from other provinces based on the "competition" relationship between the industrial structure. The provincial government should take a gradual energy price marketization reform in its province with consideration the characteristics of the province;The different province should set up right low carbon consumer behavior according to provincial specific economy. Every province should carry out urbanization route with provincial "characteristic".
