Development And Research Of The Control System Of Diesel Oil Ration Loading

Oil ration loading is an important part of the production and sale of petroleum and chemical enterprises, the automation of ration loading control level related to the petroleum chemical industry enterprise’s economic efficiency and safety production, is also related to the development of petrochemical industry, and the country’s economic development and strategic approach.In this paper, taking a petrochemical company in Henan Province is building a diesel station stack as the background to design diesel quantitative loading control system.In connection with the actual situation of the Petrochemical Company diesel stack station, and we learned to give overall system design on the basis of advanced automated quantitative loading process experience at home and abroad.The system uses a distributed control scheme, the process monitoring and field control layer structure, to achieve the decentralized control and centralized management. Monitoring system was developed based on configuration software KingView, with the process monitoring data, print statements, historical trend display, alarm and other functions, friendly man-machine interface, simple and intuitive operation. Field control level is mainly composed of Siemens S7-400 PLC, ET200 remote I/O module, multi-function digital electro-hydraulic valve Daniel 788 DVC, Coriolis mass flowmeter Rosemount CMF and loading pneumatic valve. Using two multi-stage electronic-hydraulic valve opening and closing, and the advance amount self-tuning control methods to improve the efficiency and accuracy of quantitative loading, eliminating the phenomenon of "water hammer", to avoid the generation of static electricity. This system also carried out a number of reliability and safety design.Through on-site installation and commissioning, the system can be stable and reliable operation.Effectively reduce the oil loss and the labor intensity of the loading process, and improve the efficiency of loading and accuracy, guarantee the safe production of petrochemical company, and put into effect will have a good social and economic benefits after considerable production.
