Compared to avermectins,Tenvermectin,as a new member of sixteen-member of sixteen-membered macrolactone antibiotics,is saturated bonds at C-22 and C-23 and methyl or ethyl bits at C-25-substituted.For the systematic study the activity of tenvermectin to agriculture and forestry pests.In this paper,tenvermectin strept ozotocin insecticidal spectrum,the Photolysis stability of tenvermectin and its Prep aration and tenvermectin Water Dispersing Granule and were explored.It provides the data foundation for the further development of tenvermectin.1.Determination of tenvermectin biological activity.Indoor toxicity of novel co mpound tenvermectin against Plutella xylostella(residual film method),Mythimna separate Walker(Leaflets disk method),Helicoverpa armigera Hubner(dietcorporate d method),Bursaphelenchus xylophilus(impregnation method)and Tetranychus cin nabarinus(slide dipmethod and leaf-spraying method)were determined.And the pot efficacy of T.cinnabarinus was determined by the leaf-spraying method.The contr ol efficacy against T.cinnatarinus on broad bean seedling was also evaluated.The result showed that toxicity of tenvermectin and milbemycin differed significantly w ith LC50 value difference(P<0.05).The LC50 value of tenvermectin against alduts of T.cinnatarinus were 0.0051 and 0.0089 mg/L determined by leaf-dipping method and slide-dip method,respectively.Results of pot experiments showed the efficacy against T.cinnatarinus was 80.23%at the dosage of 0.0125-0.2 mg/L after the ap plication of tenvermectin 7 days after the treatment.2.The photolysis stability of tenvermectin were Screened.Methyl oleate,turpent ine oil,ethanol as solvent were prepared tenvermectin friendly EC,Under the con dition of 1200-1500 LX light,The degradation rate was determined by HPLC.Afte r 48h,the degradation rate of 1.0%tenvermectin ethanol EC was 99.86%,1.0%ten vermectin Turpentine EC 59.28%,1.0%tenvermectin methyl oleate EC just 22.57%and the degradation rate will not continue to decline after 48h.The stability of t he cold and thermal storage of the preparation shows:1.0%tenvermectin methyl ol eate EC the degradation rate of effective components was less than 5.0%after col d and thermal storage,both with transparence,uniform appearance,and no precipitation.Methyl oleate can be used as the preparation of tenvermectin green EC solvent.3.Developmentand bioassay of tenvermectin 4.0%WDG were studied.Throug h the orthogonal experimental 6(44)),the promoters were screened.The optimal c ombination of the tenvermectin 4.0%WDG is as follows:the mass fractions of tenv ermectin,wetting agent K-12,dispersant(wooden calcium sulphate),disintegrating ag ent(ammonium sulphate),sizing agent(Polyethylene Glycol)and Vector(Kaolin:silica=1:3)are:75.1%,2.0%,4.0%,4.5%,1.5%,17.0%.Wetting time and disintegration of ten vermectin 4.0%WDG were 28s and 55s,which has good dispersivity,suspensibilit y rates are 92.35%,temperature of 52±2℃ heat storage 14 days after the effectiv e level of decomposition rate of 2.22%,All the indexes reach the standard formul ation of qualified,The LC50 value of tenvermectin WDG against alduts of T.cinnat arinus and Bursaphelenchus xylophilus were 0.0098 and 5.82 mg/L.The results indicated that tenvermectin is a potential compound.
