In order to improve the efficiency of dust fall for spray device continuous miner, ameliorate safety and working environment. Analyzed the spray dust fall mechanism and factors of influence dust fall efficiency; And then to analyze a variety of intelligent optimization algorithm, improve and blend aim at disadvantages, got the improved niche bacterial foraging algorithm(INBFO),improved immune-tabu algorithm(IIATS),improved genetic algorithm inosculate with ant algorithm(IGAAA), choose the IGAAA algorithm for optimization after performance measurement; according to the relative motion of droplets and dust, four corners-setting of nozzle was put forward in the dust collector, established the maximum efficiency of dust fall as optimal objective and choose the influence dust fall efficiency factors as design variables; The results show that new dust collector after improved make the dust fall efficiency reached 90.6% and increased 6.5%, water consumption decreased 5.2%, the external spray after improved make the dust fall efficiency reached 90.8% and increased 7.4%, water consumption decreased 5.9%, which have much more significance for the safety of underground coal.
