Improving parts’performance, reducing their weight and economizing material are the goal and developing trend of modern advanced manufacturing technology, as a target, are being aspired by auto industry and aerospace. The irregular section’s hollow parts’ hydroforming, a kind of advanced plastic forming technology with the characteristics of light weight and integration gets more and more attention. Because of the technology states later in the domestic, the complete equipment provided still less and the warm hydroforming equipment is fewer. Lags far behind the technology of developed countries develope and applicate.Firstly, the paper generally describes the technology of internal high pressure hydroforming,especially the warm hydroforming, and its development, current status and practical application on the basis of referring to a number of literatures home and abroad.Describes the ultrahigh pressure and warm hydroforming system for magnesium alloys and other high-quality alloy advantages during the forming process, the key components and their functions affect in the system.Secondly, the ultrahigh pressure shrink cylinder block of generating device pressurized cylinder is designed for structure optimization in this paper, so that we can get the optimal wall thickness and the amount of interference in the operating conditions for reducing the quality of the cylinder. And the use of finite element technology,ANSYS, analyses contacted stress, even more intuitive displays the stress distribution of optimized cylinder under different working conditions.Thirdly, the paper analyses the flow field of the high-temperature thermally conductive medium through the heating system into the sealed cavity of hollow parts by FLUENT for simulating the process of filling fluid and exhausting. And improved the position of exhaust outlet to make the parts’ cavity filled with more hot liquids. At the same time, we can determine the end time of filling fluid for providing refences to load ultrahigh pressure.Lastly, the paper models the closed loop control system of warm fluid ultrahigh pressure pressurized cylinder, especially the electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve and pressurized cylinder simplified modeling, for highlighting the role of key parameters. And using the SIMULINK builds the system’s model to determine the stability of the pressurization system and improve the system response.Based on the design of overall system and the optimizing simulation of key components the paper provides the reliable design parameters and control programs for the ultrahigh pressure and warm hydroforming System to promote domestic hydroforming technology.
