Failure Analysis And Repair Of PSA Reactor Leakage Problem

In this paper, the problems of the serious oil leakage and pollution in the PSA reaction vessel, which affects the productivity and the potential safety problems are studied. This equipment is the key production equipment of a new material company. Firstly, the causes of production problems are analyzed, we improved the production process, put forward the improvement plan, introduced the extruder equipment, and control the size of feed particles. Secondly, on the basis of on-site inspection, the problem of the mixing shaft and mechanical seal of the reactor are analyzed in detail and we put forward the corresponding transformation plan. After the implementation of the reform program, the production efficiency of the reactor is improved, and the normal production cycle of the reactor is also extended.Finally, technological transformation has achieved good economic benefits and social benefits.
