| For a long time, the study on molybdenum wire doped with K, Al, Si andmolybdenum wire doped with rare earth oxide has drawn extensive attention. By now,the research has been mature on enhancing the recrystallization temperature andmechanics performance of molybdenum wire in order to prolong its life span andenlarge its employ boundary by doping method. Some of the doped molybdenum wirehas been manufactured. However, molybdenum wire single doped with K, Al, Si has notbeen studied yet.In order to further enhance the recrystallization temperature ofmolybdenum wire and improve its microstructure and properties, molybdenum wiredoped with K, Al, Si are investigated. The mechanism of doped molybdenum wire isanalyzed and proved.In this article, molybdenum wire doped with K, Al, Si,molybdenum wire dopedwith K, Al, Si is analyzed by DSC, Hot-draw, SEM, Optical Microscope,Micro-hardness,X-Ray and TEM. It is found that molybdenum wire doped with K, Al,Si could elevate the recrystallization temperature and improve the micro-structure andmechanic properties after recrystallization. The grains of multi-doped molybdenum wireare still long and narrow after heated at1873K. Moreover, the falling rate of its microhardness is minished. As the doping increases,the defects also increases,pressureprocessing becomes difficult,it is difficult to process.The fruit of this research has been successfully employed in JinduichengMolybdenum Co.,Ltd.. A series of doped molybdenum wire has been manufactured.The rate of eligible doped molybdenum strip reach99%, and eligible dopedmolybdenum wire reach92%. The manufactory has been in continuous production doped molybdenum wire nearly40tons. |
