In order to further study on microorganisms use simple carbon source which form the stability carbon.Work for formation of the relationship between different microorganisms and stability carbon and the effect of microbial groups on stable carbon.Bacteria(Bacillus mycoides),Fungus(Trichoderma harzianum)and Actinomycetes(Streptomyces griseus F1)were selected as the teste material and two treatments,adding microorganisms group and control groupsck in in liquid and solid condition.Then,select the fulvic acid(FA),humic acid(HA)and compare their caibon concent and ?logK.Through the experiment,the following conclusions can be drawn:1.Bacteria(Bacillus mycoides),Fungus(Trichoderma harzianum)and Actinomycetes(Streptomyces griseus F1)can form stable carbon well under liquid and solid culture conditions.2.Under the liquid culture conditions,Bacteria(Bacillus mycoides)' transformation rate on alkali soluble-acid soluble substance(FA)and alkali soluble-acid insoluble substance(HA)were 8.67% and 4.33%.And the best conversion time is in 2-8 hours.Fungus(Trichoderma harzianum)' conversion rate on select the fulvic acid(FA)and humic acid(HA)were 14.28% and 8.87%,And the best conversion time is in 2-10 hours.Actinomycetes(Streptomyces griseus F1)' conversion rate on fulvic acid(FA)and humic acid(HA)were 6.25% and 4.40%.And the best conversion time is in6-12 hours.3.Under the liquid culture conditions,the carbon concent and complexity of fulvic acid(FA)and humic acid(HA),which were arranged as Bacteria(Bacillus mycoides),Fungus(Trichoderma harzianum)and Actinomycetes(Streptomyces griseus F1)in large to small order.4.Under the solid culture conditions,Bacteria(Bacillus mycoides)' transformation rate on fulvic acid(FA)and humic acid(HA)were 20.46% and 9.41%.And the best conversion time is in 21 days.Fungus(Trichoderma harzianum)' conversion rate on fulvic acid(FA)and humic acid(HA)were 26.49% and 10.09%.And the best conversion time is in 28 days.Actinomycetes(Streptomyces griseus F1)' conversion rate on fulvic acid(FA)and humic acid(HA)were 15.26% and 4.13%.And the best conversion time is in 28 days.5.Under the solid culture conditions,the carbon concent and complexity of fulvic acid(FA),which were arranged as Bacteria(Bacillus mycoides),Fungus(Trichoderma harzianum)and Actinomycetes(Streptomyces griseus F1)in large to small order.In the other side,it would be arranged as Fungus(Trichoderma harzianum),Actinomycetes(Streptomyces griseus F1)and Bacteria(Bacillus mycoides),because of the carbon concent and complexity of and humic acid(HA).
