The comprehensive underground pipeline of the airport is an important infrastructure. To make sure that the modern airport work efficiently, the pipeline system must operate safely.At present, traditional management is still employed in the underground pipeline management for most of the airports in China, which makes the management efficiency poor, what is more,the problems of using underground pipeline have occurred in the airport operation, and they have not been promptly and efficiently solved. This research of the thesis is based on the project of science and technology in the civil aviation administration. According to the shortcomings of the airport pipeline management, the airport underground pipeline system is built based on the structure of B/S, by using advanced computer technology. The details are shown below:1. Based on the characteristics, classifications and the main problems of the current underground pipeline network, the article summarized the application of the usage of GIS in the digitalization of underground pipeline network, and gave a serious analysis to the research background of this project and its main significance to the society and economy.2. For improving the convenience of designing and measurement, projects constructions of all parts at present use the local coordinate to map, the GIS need the geographic coordinates to denote the spatial entity. Only in this way it can shown on terrestrial sphere accurately and truly. So it used the formulae of coordinate translation and rotation to make the transformation from A/B coordinates of the airport to the coordinates of a city firstly. And then based on the positive solution formulae of Gauss-Kruger, and applying the secant method to successive approximation, it found the geographic coordinates after the reversal solution.3. Given the fact that poor drainage of flying area usually severely destroys the normal operation of the airport, the drainage between the foundation facilities of airport is of great importance. According to the design size of the drain on flying area, this paper used the theory of channel uniform flow to calculate the design flow of every drain. In this paper, the theory of rainfall-ran off on the flying area was studied, and the actual displaces in the situation of a known storm are worked out by using the method of superposition. Finally, by comparing the remaining flow which is calculated out, it achieved the 3D simulation of a drain on the flying area which is selected.4. Combining with the project of the underground pipeline network information management system of Kunming Changshui international airport, it collected and sorted the base data which is needed for system development. And it created the data of 3D pipeline model on the GIS platform, and then built the 3D model of the buildings on the flying area,and finally created the scene of the airport. It released 3D web servce through SuperMap i Server Java software.5. Based on secondary develop technology, it used Javascript script language to development the system which includes the functions of scene viewing, scene measuring,scavation of the surface, information querying, and the 3D simulation of the drain on the airport.
