Enterprise Internal Control And The Investor Relations Management Correlation Study

With the financial markets of China becoming more mature,companies cannot grow stronger without the joint efforts of all participants. Especially to attract the attention of investors and maintain a stable relationship with the investors. Investor relations management(IRM) in our country, being taken more and more seriously, Most of listed companies disclosured IRM in the annual report disclosure as part of the corporate governance.And the network platform is established.But,IRM development in our country is still in its infancy, and the establishment of IRM consciousness still need to improve. Theoretical research mainly concentrated in the IRM of the index evaluation, the IRM with enterprise value, with the correlation of information disclosure,with corporate governance research and research in the impacting factors of IRM. The research of the correlation between internal control and IRM were rare.Listed companies have not realized the promotion and significance of standardize that the internal control bring for IRM.At present,the research between IRM and internal control is rare in the domestic. In this paper, relevant research literature at home and abroad for reference.Analyzed in the two aspects that investor protection and information disclosure found a link between the both.Then,hypothesis is put forward after analysised theoreticals,then study the relationship between internal control and IRM. Separately,validated the impact which is put by the internal control on IRM through five targets of the internal control.This article selects the Shanghai and Shenzhen two cities in 2013, the data of a-share listed companies as the sample. Through empirical test, found that the internal control has significant positive influence on investor relations management level. The study also found that, the target of the internal control has significant positive influence on investor relations management level.According to the empirical conclusions put forward some suggestions.Our country should strengthen the internal control in the application of IRM.
