More and more well-known companies are keen on this management method indicates that it will be business management research and practice focus. Six Sigma (6a) management is considered restructuring the company management processes; improve process capability and effective way to improve the company’s competitiveness.This paper describes an small medium enterprises to implement Six Sigma quality management, improve the production lead time of the SE’s low-voltage distribution box wiring assembly, use Six Sigma management tools DMAIC to improve this project, after the definition, measure, analyze, improve, and control these five phases improved method, low-voltage distribution box wiring assembly production lead time has been greatly reduced, shortening the production of low-voltage distribution box lead time, improve the customers on-time delivery rate, improve customer satisfaction, reduce labor intensity, and win more customers, finally achieve corporate profits growth. |
