In the capital, most of the farmers lack of start-up capital with low financial subsidies, difficult farmers loans, less agricultural insurance, additionally investment in seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and so on, finally result in that most of the basic facilities is not perfect, the capacities to resist natural disasters is weak and comprehensive production capacity is low. In the technology, Greenhouse type is varied in our province, but the building specification is not unified, the standardization degreeis low, the anti disaster ability is weak and the adjustment and control capacity on temperature, light, water and fertilizer inside of the greenhouse is poor. Vegetable farmer production technology level is generally low and uneven, together with the low conversion rate and family introduction percentage of new achievements, finally result in low vegetables yield is, poor product quality and reduced economic profits. Investigation found that these were due to nonstandard cultivation techniques, less plastic film mulching, extensive water and fertilizer management and poor ability of pest management. In the management, our province protected vegetables production management way main is individual farmers, so comprehensive strength on vegetables cooperative is not strong and driving effect of leading enterprises is weak. Finally result in that the butt joint with large markets and circulation is not contacted.According to the current situation and the problems of protected vegetable industry in Jilin Province, the paper puts forward the following suggestions.Firstly, build greenhouses standardized construction system, design and create different greenhouse types to suit different regions and climate in our province for improving unification degree. Secondly, build protected vegetables standardized production system which comprises industrial seedling-raising technique, overcome soil continuous cropping obstacles, integrated pest control technology and post-harvest commoditization treatment. Thirdly, speed up popularization and application of the new varieties, new technology, new results, to improve production level and mechanization level of protected vegetables industry. Fourthly, promote industrialization management of protected vegetables actively by improving organization degree of vegetable farmers, implementing brand strategy, culturing and enlarging leading enterprises, strengthening scale production and intensive management. Fifthly, strengthen the vegetables product development of the market system with market as guide and benefit as centre, promote the cohesion between the production and market in order to adapt to the market demand and obtain high economic benefit.
