Since 21 century, the technology of mobile communication develops rapidly, communication network has evolved from the original 2g communication network to the present high-speed 4g network, the mobile phone also evolved from the initial cellular phone to the present all kinds of new smartphones, LTE (Long Term Evolution) has made big progress as long-term Evolution technology of the 3GPP organization. in 2013, ChinaMobile has carried out LTE commercial trials in some big cities, such as Ningbo, Xiamen, Shenzhen, LTE with its low latency, high rate, and forever online, will provide high speed surfing experience for ChinaMobile users.Up to now, ChinaMobile has established huge TD-LTE network with a distribution of cities, counties, towns, villages. Now the construction of base station is no longer the problem of ChinaMobile, but the optimization problem of such a huge network, the first problem is the city grid optimization. As the large urban population, only high-quality, robust network can ensure the needs of users. This paper describes the main features of TD-LTE network, including the basics of Wi-layered structure, channel, etc. In addition, also introduces the core technology of TD-LTE.The paper based on wide coverage of F, D, E bands in Fuzhou city, combining with coverage requirements of the universities, the Group units, stations and other special scenes, describes the optimization of the relevant KPI targets of Fuzhou LTE network. The contrast of KPI targets before and after optimization is also given, the last focus on this paper is problems of download speed and the optimization program, which has an important guidance and reference to the complete LTE network rate increase.
