The Design And Implementation On Network Security System Of Zhong Da Energy Company’s Information System

Modern enterprises depend on network information system more and more. Enterprise network has become the central nervous system of an enterprise for their fast development and strong competition. At the same time, enterprise network is also facing many dangerous security risks. Facing the increasingly competitive global market, the network and information security of an enterprise directly related to enterprise development strategy, and should be pay more and more attentions.Zhongda Energy Company is a typical distributed large enterprise. Nowadays, the Intranet of Zhongda Energy Company is facing many dangerous security risks, because the early design of the network concerns more on functionality but not security. In this thesis, the security problems and security requirements of the Intranet is analyzed, the basic principles and universal key elements of a security network is studied according to Information Assurance Technical Framework(IATF) and the related theory in Information System Security Engineering(ISSE). Based on these work, security network architecture and solutions of Zhongda Intranet are proposed, as well as some detail strategies of implementation on security rules, security technologies and personnel management. By this means, a security model that applies multilayer mechanism physical such as physical security, system security, network security, application security and data security, etc. is built. And this Thesis also points out that the management and education of internal people are the most important element in building a defending in depth system for an Intranet.The proposed security architecture of Zhongda Energy Company in this thesis is of good feasibility and has a wide usability. It is suitable for many kinds of business and departments of enterprises to guarantee their information security.
