Design And Implementation Of Personal Mobile Office System Based On Android System

With the rapid development of science and technology, the mobile device platform developed continuously, especially mobile devices based on open Android system. At present in the market hold rate has exceeded the other mobile devices system based on. In the strong support of these mobile devices, mobile office system is also the direction of development. Currently, the office desktop systems have penetrated into all the companies, because the people desire in any place, any time to understand the situation and deal with the work of firms timely and efficiently, desktop office system has been unable to meet these needs very well. According to this requirement, there is an urgent need to introduce mobile office system. Based on the mobile network or WIFI wireless network, combined with the company’s own office features, tailored to conform to the company requirement to get mobile office system which has become a top priority.The liquidity of the company staff is relatively strong, who can’t be fixed with the task in the office. The mobile office system can help employees deal with work in any place, any time and communicate with each other timely. The design of the mobile office system must be taken into account flexibility, scalability and security.In this paper, the author studied the desktop office system and visit the company. The system detailed design, completed the overall structure of the whole system based on the further analysis of the system needs, basic functions have to be achieved the goal of the architecture. This system adopts C/S mode, SQL Server as the database, using the Openfire server and Tomcat as the service provider, have been realized the entire system server and client by using Java language in Eclipse and Myeclipse8.5development platform.The characteristics of mobile office system is developed in this paper which is combined with SOAP protocol and XMPP protocol,support for the data information of the system interactively and efficiently. In addition, Hybrid development mode was used in the developing process of Android, has provided the safeguard for the software developmentand efficient operation, at the same time the system also has a certain extension. After the actual test has an important significance to improve the office efficiency. In the test of continuous discovery problem constantly revised and improved, It also provides the convenience for the life and work of the staff. The interface of the system is simple and friendly, the style is unified. Basically the system achieved the anticipated goal.
