The military base, military air plane, military factories, oil depots and hydroelectric power station need safety system with severe requirement. The traditional safety system which including infra, vibration cable, video monitoring system, electric perimeters, have drawback of low performance, high error report rate, rigor to thunder strike. Optical fiber perimeter system can overcome these defects.This thesis studied academicals products in optical sensor for optical fiber intrusion system, and deeply analyzed the practical aspects for those schemes. The implementation schemes for commercial system is constrained by running environments, cost of equipments, period of purchasing. The existence schemes are denied. We proposed a novel scheme that based on white interferometer. Then, we built experimental environment to verify the validity.And then, the author designed a whole alarm signal processing scheme for optical fiber perimeter system after fully test signals in real optical perimeter systems and debugging. The digital signal pre-processing, character abstracting, support vector machine and kernel nearest neighbor based classifier are applied in the signal processing scheme. The system verification result shows that the signal processing scheme can totally eliminate the error report rate and decrease the fail to report rate largely.At last the author reused the optical sensor as high capacity communication channel to transmit RFID backbone data by deploying WDM system. The deployment work contains data processing analyze, device selection and installation. The test result shows that the RFID system can not only work stably in WDM system, but also unaffected by intrusion interference signal.
