With China’s economic development, the role of the logistics industry in the national economy is increasingly important. Because China has a relatively sound road infrastructure, automotive become the preferred mode of transport logistics enterprises become an essential part of the logistics industry, therefore, the effective management of logistics real-time vehicle transit logistics enterprises become an important issue to be resolved. For logistics companies, vehicle transportation endless irregularities and illegal acts, including drivers detour, Touyou fraud, high communication costs, speeding violations, these factors will lead to increased transportation cost of logistics enterprises, reducing the transport efficiency, to a certain extent restricted the development of the logistics industry. After positioning technology from military to civilian, logistics enterprises provides an effective means to strengthen the vehicle management. By positioning technology based on integrated management platform for logistics vehicles, logistics companies can achieve real-time vehicle tracking and monitoring, improving logistics vehicle scheduling efficiency, reduce the possibility of man-made accidents, violations occurred.The topics to location-based technology platform for integrated management of logistics vehicles for the study, based on the key technology research and in-depth needs analysis, carried out the design and implementation of the system.
