Like violent content on media, media sex is also one of the problems which have been criticized by social public. After the network rises, sexual content on network is more serious than other traditional media. As the network has been the most commonly used media to the younger generation, from the actual situation, we often see indeed the problems of sexual precocity and deviance about teenagers in the press in recent years. Whether these problems related to the network environment and whether the sexual conditions affect adolescents’ sexual values, this is the object of the research "empirical study of the impact of pansexual network environment to adolescents’ sexual values". This article is one part of the research, analysing the sexual content on the Internet first, aim to make preparation for the study of the impact, to verify some assumptions of the research. At present there are a lot of content analysis and impact study about media sex on abroad, but the relevant empirical research in the domestic is less.Based on this, this paper draw lessons from the existing categories abroad to analyze the sexual content on the domestic network by content analysis. Due to the large category of "network environment", this paper based on the definition by domestic scholars and data support by CNNIC, choosing the news, pictures and video on “Baidu home page" as the breakthrough point to analyze their content. Three tasks would be done: one is the descriptive statistics and analysis of the ratio, frequency and the expression of the sexual content; the second is analyzing the social significance and influence of the sexual content under the guidance of the theory of "sexual sociology"; the three is fitting the sexual index to compare the trend of the network sex under the enlightenment of "Violence Index" by Gerbner. This paper is divided into five chapters : the first chapter mainly discusses the research background, purpose, significance about the network sexualization, as well as the basis of "Baidu home page" as the research object; Chapter II of study is a review of the empirical research achievements at home and abroad about media sex; Chapter III of study is designed to introduce the research methods, including sampling design, construction of concepts and categories, reliability test etc.; Chapter IV is to analyze the data from content analysis, describing the proportion distribution of sexual content in text, images and video and discussing its social significance and influence; Chapter V is the conclusion of this article and follow-up study of the project. The main conclusions are: the sexual content is on a higher percentage on "Baidu home page", which reflects the characteristics of “prevalence” of the network sexual content in terms of the number. On the whole the degree of sexualization is not too serious, but there are differences between the three types of content. The network sexual content showed the sexual values of entertainment, play and banter. Women are the primary objects for the construction of network sexual content. Minors are less involved in sexual content, but there are differences between different types of text. People’s initiative and passive sexualization is obvious. "The Lolita effect" does exist in reality and the participants are younger. Online sexualization causes that of offline, making a tendency of sexualization of the language culture.
