| The reality TV show in China has developed for fifteen years by 2015. And since 2012, it has boomed in a blowout developing state. With the decrease of the costs of producing TV programs and the advancement of the quality of them, the forms and the contents of reality TV show are diversified. While the competition is becoming intense. But most of reality TV shows are designed for the ratings, which makes them fall into the trouble of on limitation of recreation. There are few reality TV show that are equal to "X-Change" in fame,which supports the public welfare."X-Change", as a TV program of the "Eco-style documentary" and the "new-ecological reality show", had a plan of developing the welfare education in the program in its early stage and extended its impact on the public welfare after it was broadcast.The Hunan Satellite TV set the "inspirational rewards of X-Change" on purpose and conducted the welfare donation on the platform of "Mango & Funds", which not only bettered the educational conditions and living surroundings for the poor kids in the northwestern and southwestern area, but also arranged a lot of school students to support the education in some remote area.This article would compare the internal reality TV shows with those of foreign countries and analyze them to realize the characteristics of those shows in China and common problems existing in them and then to find the welfare value of this reality TV show "X-Change" from the problems. It could show the positive welfare value to the public to improve the band influence of the Hunan Satellite TV. Then at last, it would propose the ideas of developing Chinese reality shows. |
