| With the development of3D laser scanner technology,3D laser scanner is widelyused in the protection of cultural relics,3D printing,3d games, medical imaging andother fields. At present, in the field of computer vision the3D reconstruction technologyis still a hot research topic.This paper proposes two set of scanner system devices aiming at the problems ofcurrent scanner like large size, not convenient to carry and expensive. The first one isturntable laser scanner. The second set is handy3D laser scanner. In order to make thescanner have high accuracy and efficiency, we do researches on the key technologies ofthe system like camera calibration, center extraction of striation, transformation of3Dcoordinate and point cloud matching. We propose solutions to solve problems of bothaccuracy and efficiency including the selection of calibration board, algorithms of centerextraction of striation, transformation of3D coordinate and modified point cloudmatching.A new3D point transformation model by researching the3D point transformationmodel of turntable3D laser scanner is proposed in this paper. Turntable3D laser scannerbrings in turntable and the object will rotate around the turntable’s axis. The proposedsolution in this paper makes the rotational movement of the object equivalent to therotational movement in which object is stationary and the camera rotates with the object.By using the calibration parameters of the turntable we can finish the construction ofwhole transformation model one-time and improve the accuracy of the scanner.Experimental results prove that two set of3D scanners we propose have goodscanning performance. It s assembling conveniently, easy to carry, low cost andsuccessfully implementing real-time and online reconstruction of3D model of object. |
