The Research On Health Vocational Technical Education Talent Training Mode Of Military-Civilian Integration

Object: medical non-commissioned officers(NCOs) of grass-root military units and medical staff of primary companies in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps are at the cutting edge and forefront of health support. They are similar in fulfilling the mandate,service direction, post responsibility and working condition while face the problems of lower education background, difficult employment and limited development. In order to solve the above problems, a research on health vocational and technical education talent training mode of military-civilian integration was conducted. It will construct “5 systems”based on health vocational and technical education of military-civilian integration, set up study platform for those medical personnel from grass-root military units and primary companies in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and enhance their health capacity building.Methods: by questionnaire and interview, make a survey on training and employment of medical non-commissioned officers(NCOs) of grass-root military units and medical orderlies of primary companies in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps to prove the pertinence and feasibility of research on health vocational and technical education talent training mode of military-civilian integration. By comparison and analysis to domestic and international theory on talent training mode of military-civilian integration,vocational and technical education, current situation and development trend of non-commissioned officers(NCOs), choose the breakthrough point and key direction to research. By investigation, demonstration and actual needs, construct the pattern system based on health vocational and technical education of military-civilian integration. By evidence-based practice, initiatively test the feasibility of 2 systems by launching pilot test on short-term vocational training and educational reform of national defense college students. By summing up the experience, further theoretical study and “5 systems construction”, integrate the research findings to produce research report.Results: according to the research needs, conduct further theoretical research at the same time, and construct “5 systems” based on health vocational and technical education of military-civilian integration. Focus on “5 systems construction”, start from reform motivation, systems construction, conditions of school-running, organization and implementation strategy, focus on researching 3 systems, such as general medicine education of junior college, 2-year assistant general practitioner training, general nursing education of junior college. Launch pilot work on short-term vocational training and educational reform of national defense college students and come up with suggestions on how to strive for policy support from local educational department, military training and medical departments, and finally promote the popularization and application of the research achievements. Dissertation of research on health vocational and technical education talent training mode of military-civilian integration is completed, and two or three papers related to the research are published.Conclusion: the research is mainly targeted at training of medical talents from military units and primary companies in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. According to the schedule and demands of research program, on the basis of theoretical research, “5systems” — short-term health vocational and technical education of military-civilian integration, educational reform of national defense college students, general medicine education of junior college, assistant general practitioner training, and general nursing education of junior college are constructed, pilot test on short-term vocational training and educational reform of national defense college students are launched, and expected goal and task are accomplished. The implementation of research provides theoretical reference and practical evidence for talent training of medical non-commissioned officers(NCOs) of grass-root military units and medical staff of primary companies in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and lay solid foundation for further study and achievements promotion.
