And according to the experience of foreign countries and the specific conditions of the country to make appropriate amendmentsThis article start with the research of identification procedure of industrial injury and divides into four parts. The first part is the general problem of the identification of work-related injury and the procedure of injury identification. The second part mainly about the domestic and foreign legislation and how its reference to our country,mainly lists the system of Japan, the United States and Germany.For example, in the United States, although there are work-related injuries, but they did not stipulate the procedures for individual work-related injuries. These are worth learning in the process of China’s industrial injury identification. The third part mainly puts forward some problems in the process of China’s industrial injury identification. The fourth part is the author’s suggestions on improving the procedure of injury identification.These improvements are targeted, mainly in order to solve the problems mentioned in the third chapter.
