Case Study Of The Annual Excellent PE Teaching Plan Designs In Middle Schools Of Lanzhou

An thorough teaching plan design is the determining factor in an excellent sport practice class, it relies on the textbook and students’ learning contents, teaching objectives and the key teaching points etc. At the same time, the arrangement of lessons and teaching span are also quite influential in a teaching plan. In order to meet the teaching objectives, it requires teachers to preset the teaching process in the teaching plan, thus to make sure the teaching contents can be successfully acquired by students. Further, the well-designed teaching plan could archive a win-win situation, in which teacher’s teaching capabilities and qualities can be both significantly improved.The cases analyzed in following context are derived from the excellent PE teaching plans of the middle schools in Lanzhou, 2014, which are comparably typical and representative selections within the scope of the city. By analyzing the teaching objectives, textbook & learning contents, key teaching points, lessons arrangement, teaching summary and exercise load estimate etc. in the ten sampled teaching plans, the similarities and differences of designing outstanding teaching plans can be concluded; Mean while, the creative viewpoints as well as the problems found can also be implemented for the teaching plan design optimization. Targeting on these representative cases and studying with integrate analysis methods, both quantitative and qualitative experimental experiences will be accumulated based on the selected excellent PE teaching plans; Further, the analysis is going to be an outstanding reference for the improvements of Middle school PE teaching quality, and which is also quite valuable for guiding the PE teaching design in a more standardized, rationalized and scientific direction. Only then like this, the stereotyped teachers’ teaching conception and students’ learning method may see the transformation, and this very study will be regarded as practical as it will be to stimulate the real improvements of fitness level for the middle school students in Lanzhou.
