This paper mainly studies the honest cultural construction of colleges and universities, colleges and universities as a base to foster talents, is the important source in our country for development knowledge innovation talents and party-government cadres, if the rampant affect college students’ value orientation, they can’t do impose discipline, self-denial devotion, they will further harm social harmony and stability.
