The Study On The Cultivation Of Undergraduates’ Law Conscousness

Students develop good awareness of the law is the need of the socialist legal system, university legal education is needed, but also improve their own quality of the students’ needs. Students legal education is an important part of their overall development, college students legal awareness beneficial to establish a legal concept, the formation of legal faith, so that the law, usage, law enforcement, regulating their own behavior to avoid it took the criminal path. However, with the continuous development and improvement of legal education in colleges and universities, college students legal awareness still exist some problems, lack of awareness of the law, bias, weak legal consciousness of undergraduates foster reflect flawed, yet to strengthen legal education colleges, legal literacy, especially the students themselves to be improved.Students cultivate awareness of the law directly affects the quality of legal education in colleges and universities, the students themselves how to improve our legal awareness, improve university legal education system, and create a social atmosphere for the rule of law must be resolved. Based on the problems of legal consciousness of undergraduates start, analyze causes and influencing factors of its formation, combined with our current way of cultivating legal consciousness of undergraduates, systematically expounded its lack of legal awareness and foster the existence of problems in the process, and finally through universities, community the family three levels propose appropriate measures proposed. On the one hand, this study in terms of national legislation, school management, ethics, family education, lack of proper understanding and view of the existence of legal consciousness of college students, to improve the expansion and development of the legal theory college awareness has played a positive role. On the other hand, the paper through access to relevant domestic laws and regulations, combined with the current actual situation, put forward a sound legal consciousness of undergraduates relevant recommendations will help improve students form a viable legal awareness measures. The main contents of this paper are as follows:The first part of the students at this stage for the legal problems of consciousness leads to study and explain the purpose and significance of their research, on this basis, introduce domestic and foreign scholars on legal consciousness of undergraduates research status and perspectives. The second part, from the constitution and other laws and awareness of content, structure and legal awareness of college students, explain the core issue of this study, and to explain the basis of the theoretical basis of the Institute, to lay the foundation for the thesis. The third part of the problem of legal consciousness of the existence of the current college students to analyze and dissect the reasons for its formation, including the university level, the social level interpretation, at the household level in three dimensions. The fourth part of the legal consciousness of College Students cultivate pathway described, and to analyze the existing problems, make recommendations for measures to lay the foundation. The fifth part, by the above analysis Students’ Legal Awareness nurturing approach the problems and make recommendations on measures for universities, community, family of three levels, including a sound legal basis for university courses, improving the social environment of the rule of law, legal education platform to build family and so on.The student population is social development, build the backbone of the legal consciousness of college students can not only improve their knowledge to improve the structure of its law-abiding awareness training to help them establish a firm belief in the law, it is a sound legal education colleges, to create an important part of the social environment of the rule of law Therefore, the construction of socialist rule of law in the continuous improvement of social background, universities should strengthen the legal basis for setting the course, to carry out legal practice in the community, universities, family joint efforts to build awareness of the legal education system of the Trinity, for Students’ awareness of the law to create the conditions.
