The Research Of The Interaction Between Tuition And The Cost Per Student From University

The cost per student increase,in the case of financial education funds is limited, tuition as another way of cost compensation was rise.The truth is the cost of tuition was based on average cost. It is not only impacted by average cost. Because of problem of tuition is combined multiple issues, therefore, find the Internal of the relationship between average cost and tuition is very crucial. Analysis of the factors the cost of tuition and average cost is the key to develops a reasonable standard priority of tuition.In order to reflect the college tuition and average cost in Hunan province, this paper collect 19 univesity’s financial data in Hunan, measuring the actually average cost, expect to understand the real situation occurred in Hunan college students’ average costs and tuition fees by using the accounting adjustment method.By going through quantitative analysis method,system dynamics method, combining the theory of stakeholder theory, price regulation theory, fiscal expenditure growth theory, we analyzed the interaction between cost per student and tuition; depend on drawing the mechanism of figure about the impact of the interaction from cost per student and tuition.find some reasonable and unreasonable ways to deal with Average cost per student and tuition increment. We collect and analyzed track changes from Hunan university tuition standard, average tuition and average cost per person.We empirical analyzed the relationship between average cost, tuitions and other factors by using SPSS 18.0. The result shows, average cost has significant positive correlation with tuition. It is non-linear and long-term influence. By the way,CPI, financial investment, the income, GDP and education support are also has positive correlation with them. Because of the fee of high quality education is set by government not market, the influence from education demand are not big to the cost per student and tuition. At last, we suggest that we need to control the cost per student and tuition from two different directions in some reasonable ways. Hope the cost per student and tuition can reasonable changes in the reasonable scope in our country, and promote the cause of higher education to healthy development.
