There is a saying that goes “a long-range development plan should beeducation oriented. An education plan should be teacher-centered.” Highquality is the life of school education. The key point to improve teachingquality is to improve every teacher’s quality in a planned, purposeful waywith investigation. The overall level of teachers’ team marks teaching level inevery school. It is also the fundamental guarantee of teaching quality in everyschool and is the decisive factor to affect the future development of students.With the development of the courses and teaching reform, people’s awarenessof many teaching problems in the senior high school education has graduallyimproved, and put forward some realistic solution. For example: teachingcontent about link-up problem, curriculum and implementation, academicliteracy, evaluation of teaching process and results, teaching mode or methods.Based on the understanding of mathematics teaching, I did a thoroughresearch to the elements of affecting math teachers’ academic literacy growth,training mode and evaluation method which is related to reducing the burdenof high school students, teachers’ team and the topic of improving teachingquality. This is the topic of our research. However, what is subjectcomposition in high school mathematics teacher’s discipline? For thisquestion, Public opinions are divergent, inconclusive.First of all, we should collect related theories and practical literatureabout the mathematics teacher discipline and totally understand the presentresearch and the current situation of implementation, to discuss key points ofthe design, research methods, and research framework and research plan.Second, based on the theory of teacher professional development,combined with the high school mathematics discipline characteristic, byanalysis of the literature theory of teacher professional development, we madea clear explanation to the background, current situation and meaning ofteacher’s professional development. Third, based on teacher education training objectives and teachingpractice, combined with the high school mathematics teaching characteristicand teaching target, by literature analysis method, research method, interviewmethod, I did a deep research into the high school mathematics teachersacademic literacy elements, development process, training mode and theevaluation index system and methods.Fourth, the high school mathematics teacher academic literacy elementsas investigation index, I have made a research to the sample. The researchwas based on the theory of teachers’ professional development. high schoolmathematics teachers of academic quality evaluation index are determinedthrough expert interviews, and we can determine high school teachers’understanding on these literacy content of "importance" and "possess"through the questionnaire survey method (take a high school math teacher forexample). In the end, we should clear up all the data of the results, accordingto the survey data and select the overall ranking, remove some of them whichhave too specific expression and merger or modify the repetitive project,ultimately determine the high school mathematics teachers’ frame content.Fifth, we made a discussion in literacy training mode andimplementation strategy mainly through the teachers and team construction intwo aspects.Conclusion:(1) from the aspect of school, to develop effective scheme toenhance overall teachers’ mathematics accomplishment and implementationstrategy;(2) from the aspect of teachers, should be in accordance with thespecific conditions in their own professional quality, study and formulatetraining plan and implementation strategy;(3) from the aspect of teachingquality, to find a flexible, suitable teaching content, teaching mode andmethod;(4) from the aspect of evaluation, to construct the self developmentand the quality of teaching mathematics teacher feasible evaluation indexsystem and evaluation method of technology;(5) should pay attention toteachers’ training and necessary study conditions set up database and casebase;(6) to attach importance to the team construction for teaching, the teachers, the students, to explore the actual problems and solutions in theprocess of teaching and education.
