| School-Enterprise Cooperation is the trend of in the development of contemporary vocationaleducation. In recent years, School-Enterprise Cooperation has showed great advantage in the reform anddevelopment of vocational education in China. According to the experiences, these schools which arecombined closely with local economy, industries, enterprises have clear direction of running schools,prominent talents, and prosperous employment situation. Hence, it is of great importance for us to doresearch on School-Enterprise Cooperation Mechanism in China. Henan Province has the largestpopulation in China, and also the biggest educational province. It occupies the key position in the overalldevelopment of Chinese school-enterprise development. Taking Henan Province as the example has greatvalue in theory, practical significance and feasibility.Henan Province has made lots of meaningful explorations in this field. On this basis, it has formedmany running approaches, such as order-cultivation, participation into “the committee of industries andenterprisesâ€, construction of “double teaching†staff, collaborative product development, training bases,compiling teaching materials, etc. and running models, for ordering cooperation, post practice, unity ofwork and study, vocational education group and so on. Meanwhile, under the guidance of governmentalpolicies, direct support of local policies, active cooperation of industrial organizations, participation ofrelevant enterprises, development of vocational education and the urgent need of educated persons are themain guarantee of School-Enterprise Cooperation in Henan Province. But there are still some problems inthis area, such as lack of strong relevant legal system, shortage of fundings, imperfection of informationalservice management platformã€single standard of effectiveness evaluationã€insufficiency of supervisionand management, etc. What’s more, the operation level of School-Enterprise Cooperation needs to befurther improved. It is caused by lack objectivity to School-Enterprise Cooperation, the choice ofcooperative objects, conflict between profit-chasing and nonprofit-chasing projects, lack of impetus ofvocational education. Further discussion of the existing problems in School-Enterprise Cooperation on thebasis of objective analysis for current situation is helpful for us to remove obstacles in the development ofSchool-Enterprise Cooperation in Henan Province. It is necessary to explore the feasible operative mechanism by absorbing cooperative rules into schools’ system, identifying responsibilities and obligationsof each side, strengthening organization and guarantee from the respect of promoting unification andspecialization, motivating cooperation from the perspective of refining management mechanism, perfectingcooperative system, innovate talent-cultivation mechanism, facilitating mechanism, further enhancingpropaganda and leading for School-Enterprise Cooperation, making reference to foreign experience,creating energetic atmosphere, exploring the running mechanism which is in accordance with China’snational situation.In China, School-Enterprise Cooperation is in the exploring phase. Government, industry, schools anddifferent sectors of the society should work together and explore the new way of cooperation with Chinesecharacteristic. |
