For example, the unified management of official vehicle caused low operating efficiency, civil servants unwilling go to work, in the monetization of official vehicle-using, because of the standard of subsidy is irrational, the public is not satisfied. Since2011, central authority advocated austerity, formulate a series of policies and regulations to control public spending of official reception, official abroad and official cars. The spending of official cars is biggest section, official vehicle-using system reform was listed as emphasis. In this context, analysis the issue of official vehicle-using system reform possess significance.This article is a case study of Nanning, which collected data of official vehicle-using system. Based on the principles of the new public management, analyzed the reasons of drawbacks, use the new public management theory and the public choice theory, make recommendations for the official vehicle-using system.
