Research On The Government’s Credibility Problem In China From The Perspective Of Administrative Ethics Research

With the development of modern democratic politics, the credibility of the government, as animportant source of the political legitimacy, is becoming more and more attention all over theworld, for its important value and significance. However, in recent years, opinion polls and allkinds of public opinion show that the credibility of our government level is declining, whichseriously affects the construction of our social credit system, government credit, harmonioussociety, and restricts the further development of the economic, political and other aspects ofthe implementation. It will eventually be unfavorable to Chinese dream. Therefore, to study thecauses of the loss of the credibility of our government and the construction of the credibility of ourgovernment is full of long-term significance.Administrative ethics and credibility of the government is closely linked, behind theweakened credibility of our government, there must be containing deep roots about administrativeethics. Therefore, this article researches on the credibility of our government from the perspectiveof administrative ethics, and the main objective is to analyze the factors of the credibility ofour government from administrative ethics. And explore the mode of cultivating the credibility ofour government from the administrative ethics. Around this purpose, besides thefirst chapter and the last one, this paper summarizes and analyzes the concept of the credibility ofthe government, the credibility of our government and the specific situation in the secondchapter. The third chapter analyzes the relation to the credibility of the government and theadministrative ethics, and expresses that administrative ethics is an important perspective to clarifythe credibility of the government. And the anomie of administrative ethics, is an important causefor the loss of the credibility of our government. The fourth chapter analyzes thedeep ethical factors to reduce the credibility of the government from three aspects, which isindividual administrative, administrative organization, social environment. Based on the precedinganalysis, the fifth chapter explores the construction of the credibility of the government fromadministrative ethics, and put forward the specific construction measures or directionfrom administrative individual, administrative organization and society.
