| The dragon dance athletes in colleges generally choose from the sports college of the university. At a general age between 18 to 22 years old, they have certain physical quality and professional skills and commonly have a distinct personality. But at this period, athletes’ mental characteristics of individual is not stable. There exists relative variability and plasticity. The study of the athletes’ mental characteristics of individual is beneficial to promoting the development of dragon dance sport in colleges and universities, to providing reference for the selection of athletes, the cultivation of the athletes and to improving the quality of the athletes.This study, taking the excellent dragon dance athletes in colleges and universities of Hunan province as the research object, mainly adopts the documentary study, questionnaire, psychological measurement method, interview method, mathematical statistics and mathematical analysis and so on to have a study to the characteristics of personality psychology of excellent dragon dance athletes in colleges and universities of Hunan province. It analyzed and discussed the characteristics of their personality psychology and its influence factors, getting the following conclusions and suggestions:1. There exists relatively great differences between the general situation of the characteristics for the personality psychology of the outstanding dragon dance athletes in colleges and universities of Hunan province and the national norm for male and female college students all over the country. We found that the scores of 16 PF personality psychology for the outstanding dragon dance athletes in colleges and universities of Hunan province is generally lower than the national norm.2. Excellent dragon dance athletes in colleges and universities of Hunan province in different sex have significant differences in the factors B:the intelligence, F: the flexicity, and Q2:the independence.3. Excellent dragon dance athletes in colleges and universities of Hunan province have significant differences in the for factors of the characteristics of the personality psychology. That is E: the influence, G: the persistence, H: communicative and Q2: the independence.4. Compared with the the national norm for female university student, there all exists significant differences in the 16 factors of the characteristics of the personality psychology of excellent female dragon dance athletes in colleges and universities of Hunan province.5.Compared with the the national norm for male university student, there all exists significant differences in the factors of the characteristics of the personality psychology of excellent male dragon dance athletes in colleges and universities of Hunan province except for factor B: the intelligence.6. The factors which influence the characteristics of the personality psychology of excellent dragon dance athletes in colleges and universities of Hunan province are various. This study found that athletes region, interpersonal relationship in the school training environment and the social environment will cause the differences of the athletes’ personality psychology factors.7. The suggestion is to have scientific selection of athletes while pay attention to the athletes’ psychological material selection. Use the university scientific research superiority to strengthen the research of the athletes’ personality psychology factors including before and after the selection. Have tracking research of the case study for excellent dragon dance athletes in colleges and universities of Hunan province to found the regularity of its development and formation. Deeply explore the cause and effect between the dragon dance and the characteristics of athletes’ personality psychology. Create a good atmosphere for training. At the same time, strengthen the dragon dance athletes’ contact with the society. Increase the degree of social recognition for the project. Improve the athletes technical ability and strengthen the cultural quality education. |
