The improvement of consumer purchasing power for the development of fashion industry provides a solid material foundation. Therefore, the future development of fashion industry in China must put the location selection problem in important position.Based on reading literature review related to the fashion industry at home and abroad, summarized on the basis of predecessors’ research on location theory, specifically related to the fashion industry’s point of view, the conclusions and achievements, to determine the research subject and differences. First, the definition of fashion, the fashion industry, location, etc, on the basis of relevant concepts, through the study of literature, to find and determine the various factors influencing the location choice, using the interpretation structure model(ISM) to the relationship between the various influence factors of the fashion industry location is analyzed, and then establish a multi-level index system of the ladder, on the basis of systematic analysis; Secondly, with the aid of analytic hierarchy process(AHP), multi-objective decision analysis through interviews or questionnaire to determine the influence factors of concrete, due to the various influence factors of different emphasis, the importance of the fashion industry development level is different also, this article USES the yaahp software to calculate and export of various factors on the fashion industry location combination weights, to judge the importance degree of various factors and priorities; Finally, the introduction of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation judgment on Shanghai fashion industry location of empirical evaluation, the results of qualitative analysis with quantitative way more intuitive and clear, improve the accuracy of the results of the analysis, to study provides scientific basis of location selection to the fashion industry.
