| In recent years, the South China potato industry was developed rapidly,But the yield level low.The paper discussed conventional system(FP) high yield and high efficiency system(HH) super high yield system(SH) on potato-maize rotation and potato-rice rotation systems to explored thereasons for the formation of the yield difference,as well as explored nitrogen application levels on the growth,Autumn Potato Yield and nitrogen uptake and accumulation,related gene expression. The results showed as follows:1.The effect of different cultivation systems of the potato-maize rotation system on potato yieldThrough researched on different cultivation systems and two varieties.The results showed as follows:in potato-maize rotation system,three cultivation systems of the soil pH decreased and soil fertility increased after planting potatoes; Super high yield SH acres of main stem numbers,leaf area index, biomass,net photosynthetic rate and yield on Zhongshu5and Favorita was the best expression, the yield was2250.68kg/667m2and2580.58kg/667m2, respectively.this shows that positive correlation of the main stem numbers, leaf area index and potato yield.2. The effect of different cultivation systems of the potato-rice rotation system on potato yieldThrough researched on different cultivation systems and two varieties.The results showed as follows:in potato-rice rotation system,the trend of three cultivation systems of the soil pH decreased and soil fertility after planting potatoes showed the similar to potato-maize rotation system;Zhongshu5of high yield and high efficiency HH acres of main stem numbers, leaf area index and biomass were the highest on the tuber expansion period,as well as the yield on the harvest period was the highest,the yield was2250.68kg/667m2; but Favorita of Super high yield SH acres of main stem numbers,leaf area index and biomass were the highest on the tuber expansion period,as well as the yield on the harvest period was the highest,the yield was2000.08kg/667m2;this shows that positive correlation of the main stem numbers,leaf area index and potato yield,this conclusion was similar to potato-maize rotation system;The yield and benefits of potato-miaze rotation system was better than Potato-rice rotation system. 3.The effects of nitrogen rate on nitrogen assimilate and transport of potato grown in autumnThrough the study by different nitrogen application levels,the results showed as follows:Along with the increased of nitrogen application levels the yield and the commercial yield of potato was correlated positively.Deal with9kg/667m2of the yield and the commercial yield was the highest;The nitrogen application levels and the STNR gene expression levels was correlated negatively.When the nitrogen reached12kg/667m2,the STNR gene expression levels decreased slowly and similar trend with the tuber formation stage and the tuber expansion period. It showed that nitrogen application levels and the STNR gene expression levels decreased slowly;AMT gene expression similar with STNR gene expression. |
