| Asarum can wind chill cold transformed from Yin and has the effects of analgesic,antitussive at the same time. Asarum belongs to aristolochiaceae which contains aristolochicacid. Aristolochic acid can lead to the “nephropathy of Chinese herbs†or “nephropathy ofaristolochic acidâ€. So it is necessary for study on reduced poison and attenuated Aristolochicacid of Chinese traditional medicine. The results of the study are as follows:The optimum medium of Asarum overwintering buds as explants for inducing callusoptimum medium is B5+2mg·L-12,4-D+0.5mg6-BA+20g·L-1sucrose. The optimal medium forgermination of Asarum regeneration seedlings is B5+0.6mg·L-12,4-D+0.5mg·L-16-BA+20g·L-1sucrose. The optimal medium for rooting of Asarum regeneration seedlings is B5+0.5mg·L-12,4-D+1mg·L-16-BA+20g·L-1sucrose.The4kind of enzymes TyDCã€TyKã€MAO and A-CoA significantly correlated withAristolochic acid(P<0.05);TyDC significantly correlated methyl eugenol(P<0.05)but TyKã€MAO and A-CoA have no significantly correlated with methyl eugenol(P>0.05); A-CoAsignificantly correlated with Asarinin(P<0.05),TyDCã€TyK and MAO have no significantlycorrelated with Asarinin(P>0.05).In the range of0.0125mg·L-1and0.250mg·L-1,Cu element on grinding fluid in theexperimental research of the A-CoA, MAO, TyDC and Tyk are significant difference amongfour kinds of enzyme activity of enzymes(P<0.05),When the Cu element concentration is0.0125mg·L-1A-CoAã€MAOã€TyDC and Tyk have the highest enzyme activity; Cu element ongrinding fluid in the experimental research of the A-CoA, MAO, TyDC and Tyk are significantdifference among four kinds of enzyme activity of enzymes(P<0.05),When the Cu elementconcentration is0.0150mg·L-1A-CoAã€MAOã€TyDC and Tyk have the highest enzyme activity.In the range of1mg·L-1and20mg·L-1, Zn element on grinding fluid in the experimentalresearch of the A-CoA, MAO, TyDC and Tyk are significant difference among four kinds ofenzyme activity of enzymes(P<0.05),When the Zn element concentration is1mg·L-1A-CoAã€MAOã€TyDC and Tyk have the highest enzyme activity; When the Zn element concentration is6mg·L-1Tyk has the highest enzyme activity but A-CoAã€MAO and TyDC has no significantdifference(P>0.05). In the range of0.125mg·L-1and0.275mg·L-1, Cu element has significant influence witharistolochic acid A content(P<0.05),When Cu element concentration of0.075mg· L-1,aristolochic acid A has the highest levels. Cu element has no significant influence with methyleugenol and asarum content(P>0.05).In the range of1mg·L-1and20mg·L-1, Zn element has significant influence with aristolochicacid A content(P<0.05),When Cu element concentration of4mg· L-1, aristolochic acid A hasthe highest levels. Different concentration of Cu element has no significant influence withmethyl eugenol and asarum content(P>0.05). |
