Study On The Cost And Fine Management Of E Oil Production Plant In Daqing Oilfield

Cost management is the constant topic of Enterprise Management. Traditional management system can’t adapt to the rapid development of economic any longer, and petroleum enterprise pays more and more attention to the importance of cost management. Although the current cost management research has made some progress, research depth, breadth and intensity is still inadequate. Therefore, how to perfect the cost management, adopt scientific cost management method to improve the cost efficiency is as important as improving the economic benefit to the development of production and development of enterprise.The article researched cost refined management in E Oil Production Company, Daqing oil field from the perspective of theory and practice. First of all, according to the research status at home and abroad, then summarize the research of domestic and foreign scholars. Second, based on distinguishing some concepts of cost refined management, taking E Oil Production Company as a case, discussing current status of cost management, then analyzing the problems and causes of cost management from seven sides. For example, cost policies, management organization, the cost budget, the cost accounting, consciousness of cost management and so on. In view of these problems, the article analyzed the situation, advantage and difficulties. Then put forward some countermeasures, for example, strengthening cost budget management, executing operation process of cost strictly, carrying out cost accounting normatively, refining management system of production process, and building a check-up system for management cost. It plays an active and instructive role in building and completing system of cost refined management in oil production plant. And it provides a good demonstration for implementing cost refined management on a large scale.
