Design And Implementation Of Automatic Measurement System On High Insulation Resistance

With the rapid development of aerospace, satellite navigation, military industry and other industries, high insulation resistance material plays an increasingly important role in the manufacturing process of electronic devices and electronic components. Meanwhile, with the widespread use of high insulation resistance material, measurement of high insulation resistance material has been an important research direction in the field of measuring instruments and has a broad market prospect.Based on the above background, high insulation resistance automatic measurement system is designed and implemented to achieve high insulation resistance measurement of high accuracy and wide range.Firstly, the background and the significance of high insulation resistance automatic measuring system are introduced. In the software design, based on Linux and Qt, software whole structure is designed. Then the development environment is constructed and the design of drivers and applications are analyzed. Finally, the manufacture of the instrument, system debugging and functional testing are completed.
