In recent years, with the gradual exhaustion of traditional energy and poor environmental conditions, humans can’t be optimistic and get to attaching importance to the use of renewable energy. New energy replacing the traditional energy generation is the trend. Microgrid can integrate all kinds of distributed new energy to get access to power grid as the smart sub system, which can effectively improve the efficiency of the use of distributed power and enhance the controllability, interactivity and reliability of power system. However, with the large-scale access of microgrid, it’s information degree is higher and interaction between the microgrid and power system is more widely and deeply, which lead to that cyber security risk of microgrid SCADA system is bigger.In this paper, the security requirement of the microgrid SCADA system is discussed. Firstly, the communication requirements of primary devices in the grid and large-scale accessing mode of microgrid are analyzed, and the cyber security threats are summarized; Secondly, for the flat TCP/IP-based microgrid SCADA system, a multi-level microgrid SCADA system architecture is proposed on the basis of security areas; Then based on the intrusion detection system(IDS) of grid, IDS in microgrid SCADA system is presented. Then, the proposed scheme is implemented and key detection engine is designed using an improved detection matching algorithm. Finally, the system is tested on the software platform. The results show that the scheme proposed can meet the security requirement of microgrid SCADA.
