That the valve plate as one of the key friction pair in the high-pressure seawater pump, running in a very poor lubricity of water environment, combining with high speed and mode of overload, is easily made the flow matching failure due to corrosion and abrasion of disc friction pair,has affected the normal work and life of high-pressure water axial piston pumps.This paper proposes a structure of bionic nonsmooth surface form, and uses CFD, experiment and FSI methods to study the distribution flow state of water membrane and reducing friction drag reduction effectiveness.In CFD method,distribution structure of smooth- nonsmooth crisscross is proposed. Different structural parameters of the change of the water film pressure field, the change of the velocity field in the pit, and the different parameters on the water film lifting force, viscous drag torque, the influence of the leakage situation has been analsyzed, through changing the different fractions, such as pits,indentation spacing ratio, diameter pit parameters such as contact Angle, rotating speed of cylinder block. For the choice of different structure parameters combination provides guidance, which can reduce certain experiments at the same time, the cost savings.In the experimental method, using 316L-epoxy glass fiber composite materials for grinding materials, under different rotational speed, contrast analysis with a smooth surface and nonsmooth surface in the macroscopic and microscopic morphology before and after the experiment, the change of surface roughness and friction coefficient between the friction pair, the change of water temperature rise in the water box, composite nonsmooth surface grinding drag reduction properties, provides numerical calculation with practical data.In FSI method, building mathematical model basis on the test model, dynamic analysis of smooth and nonsmooth group upper the motion law, the water film pressure and the change of flow state, on the surface of the specimen under the contact stress and nonsmooth surface drag reduction and lubrication principle are obtained.
