Xinjiang populus are widely distributed in xinjiang region, which is one of the main timber used in xinjiang area.Because of its poor durability and mechanical properties of large discreteness, it has been seldom used in the practical engineering application, mainly in the small stress and the components requiring smaller deformation.Basalt fiber reinforced plastics(BFRP) can improve the wood structure of the ultimate bearing capacity effectively, and it has been more and more widely used in the field of timber structure reinforcement repair. At home and abroad,Fiber Reinforced composites(Fiber Reinforced Plastics/FRP reinforcement wood has been carried out extensive research and exploration, but mainly on test, seldom in theoretical research. In order to be able to make fiber cloth reinforcing populus bolleana technology used widely,a preliminary theoretical analysis and research need to be conducted. The nonlinear finite element analysis can provide a large number of feedback information, such as stress, strain and structural deformation development process. Therefore to a certain extent, the project can be used in design and prediction instead of part of the experiment. The timber structure reinforcement simulation research has certain theoretical significance. In this paper, through the finite element software ANSYS to select relevant parameters, the correct model is established, the strengthened beam and the BFRP reinforced wood beams was finite element numerical studied. The wooden beams was compared to the strengthened with BFRP in the mechanical performance such as the load deflection curve, stress nephogram, load strain curve, etc. the failure modes, ultimate bearing capacity and the load- deformation characteristics are studied; At the same time,,the finite element static analysis results with existing after reinforcement beam bending bearing capacity formula calculation results are compared; Finally, in order to get reliable analysis results, effective calculation model and related parameters, the finite element static analysis results and test data are synthetically analyzed. |
