With the continuous progress of human society,people have become increasingly demanding on the environment,the call for protecting environment is constant, at the same time,as the non-renewable energy slowly running out, the nation and the society’s demand for renewable energy and new energy become more intense.In many of the renewable energy power generation technology,including solar energy,wind energy,biomass energy, tidal energy,solar energy has significant advantage.Solar photovoltaic power generation is one of the most popular energy technologies in the twenty-first century.As the main source of energy and power in the future world,it is an important means to solve the energy crisis and people pay more and more attention to it. The inverter is the core component of the photovoltaic grid connected power system, it is to convert DC generated by the solar array to alternating current which can meet the national grid requirements,and then deliver the alternating current to the national grid,thereby supplement national power demand.Therefore,it plays a vital role in the grid connected photovoltaic power generation system. Its performance not only affects and decides the whole photovoltaic grid connected system stable,safe,reliable and efficient operation or not, but also it is the main factor that affects the service life of whole system. So photovoltaic inverter technology is crucial to the application and popularization of photovoltaic grid connected system.This paper combines with the status quo of the existing photovoltaic power generation technology at home and abroad and expounds practical significance of the grid connected photovoltaic power generation system.At first,it introduces the overall structure and working principle of grid connected photovoltaic power generation system and analyzes the basic structure and main control mode about the photovoltaic inverter,and then confirms the implementing scheme.On the premise of meeting the inverter’s fundamental performance,the design increases the overvoltage protection,overcurrent protection and a series of protection circuit,and uses the MCU controller to real-time monitoring corresponding voltage and current to ensure maximum power output of photovoltaic inverter system.Through in-depth analysis on key technologies of the system design,the author puts forward a series of theoretical research,including new topology structure,system conversion efficiency,intelligent grid control technology,detection tech- nology,maximum power point tracking control,islanding detection and protection technology,laying a theoretical foundation for the realization of the system design.And then through the relevant theoretical research and system module design,the main functions circuit design and MCU programming of the system are completed.At last,completing the integration and assembly of the whole system based on system design scheme and the system functional test,all indexes reach the preset values.On the premise of safe and reliable power transmission,meeting the needs of photovoltaic power generation the requirement of high quality, high efficiency power grid,improving the overall efficiency and reducing manufacturing cost at the same time.Finally,the paper discusses the development prospects of photovoltaic grid-connected inverter.
