| Steam turbine flow in a part of the loss has a serious impact on the efficiency, of poor performance of steam turbine flow path to implement the technological transformation, improve the running efficiency of the unit, reducing energy consumption, has become the mainstream development direction. This paper makes a detailed analysis for the optimization of the steam turbine flow section, and then discusses the basic principle and the advanced technology of the steam turbine general flow..In Guohua Taicang Power Plant Unit No. 7 is early and manufactured by Shanghai turbine Co., Ltd. 600 MW, because at the time the design and processing technology is not perfect, this paper in view of the problems existing in Taicang Power Plant Unit 7, flow passage retrofit, the necessity to carry on the elaboration to the proposed high pressure cylinder transformation and high school low-pressure cylinder all two renovation schemes, and of two reconstruction schemes of each cylinder efficiency and the increase of the heat consumption of the lower by the comparison of the effect of reconstruction after the analysis. The results show that both in terms of economic benefit and the environmental influence has greatly improved. After the transformation of heat consumption from 7878 kJ/kWh to 7556 kJ/k Wh, reduce the coal consumption reduced 11.9, corresponding to g/kWh, the energy saving effect is very obvious. Transformation in environmental impact were assessed. Results show that soot and SO2 emissions were reduced, every year will reduce soot emissions 312t/a, reducing SO2 emissions /, the reduction of NOx emissions 271t/a, reduction of sewage charges of 138 million yuan, the regional environmental air quality has been very good improvement, achieved good environmental benefits, on steam turbine of unit 8 through flow transformation and the Guohua Power under other power plant retrofit of flow path is of great significance. |
