The market in electric power industry also have higher requirements for the fairness and economy of loss allocation. So the study of fair and effective for all types of loss allocation method and economic signals provided are meaningful.This paper summarizes all types of loss allocation methods existing now, and then discusses the basic principle to be followed by the loss allocation combined with the demand of the electricity market fair. On this basis, in-depth analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of each type of allocation method and application conditions are present in this paper. Then, this paper presents a loss allocation method based on the current, and the improved allocation methods according to logarithmic are applied to the model.The transaction of the transmission network should not only be charged with the loss caused by their own separate effects, but also the transaction network loss effect produced by the interactions among. Therefore, the net loss of all transactions should be allocated according to the contribution to the transmission network system flow. To determine the method of allocation, this paper uses the current allocation method. The method effectively solves the problem that the power flow in the head and end are not equal caused by the power loss when tracking the power flow.In determining the the power flow each trend should bear, this paper introducese the facts adjustment factor to solve the problem caused by nonlinear of power system that leads to the inequality of the sum of power loss beared by each trend and the net loss of system. This method ensure the balance of payments in power system.At the same time, this paper uses the method of apportionment in logarithmic scale in the processing of the cross terms, which can ensure the fairness and justice, and provide correct price signals. Also, this paper greatly improves the application range of this method.Finally, through the calculation of transmission system of IEEE14, this method is proved to be rationality and feasibility. |
