Design And Implementation Of Dalian Aviation Airspace Traffic Statistical And Forecasting System

With the development of China’s aviation industry, the growing contradiction between flight demand compared to the air traffic services have become increasingly prominent, often there is a time and space flight is too concentrated and crowded. This not only increases the controller workload, which brought hidden trouble to the flight safety, but also to the airlines have brought unnecessary economic loss. Therefore, monitoring and management of air traffic flow has become a key problem to be solved urgently. The statistical forecast of air traffic flow is the premise and basis for traffic management, to provide technical support and reference data for traffic management strategy of science.The main contents are as follows:(1) the relevant concept, which relates to the airspace flow technology has been studied, the airspace flow definition and characteristics are introduced, analyzed the research status at home and abroad and the flow management system, the existing traffic prediction technology are introduced.(2) constructed an airspace flow prediction model from the statistical evaluation, traffic prediction, capacity prediction and optimization flow management in the three part of the airspace flow statistical evaluation model design, work flow in detail.(3) for the civil aviation airspace flow statistical forecasting subsystem processes are described, prediction module is used to the system of statistics. Finally the application process of the system are introduced.The system has been applied in the Dalian Zhoushuizi International Airport, produced a good effect, can alleviate the air traffic congestion, reduce the flight delay.
