The Xinghai bay sea-crossing bridge being built in Dalian is a steel trass double earth-anchored suspension bridge. This paper takes the bridge construction which is in progress as the engineering background, and studies the construction control of Xinghai bay sea-crossing bridge which includes both the pre-construction control calculation and the lifting process analysis. The calculation data and lifting process given by this paper can be directly used in the bridge construction monitoring, and the subsequent research and discussion can provide reference for the subsequent similar construction. The main research contents can be divided into the following several parts:1、Using general finite element software ANSYS to establish model of the whole bridge, and starting from the reasonable finished state of the bridge, this paper gives the parameters of internal force and cable shape. Conduct the pre-construction control calculation, amend the cable and hanger parameters on the basis of the model output data, and finally get each strand’s fabrication length of the main cable? and each hanger’s fabrication length. Analyze and calculate the pre-displacement of the cable saddle, expound the pushing control principle of the cable saddle, study the adjustment calculation method and monitoring method of the datum strand, then calculate the cable clamp lofting for the accurate installation of the hangers.2、Using the disassembly analysis method to simulate the process of hoisting, after comparing the commonly used temporary connection method, this paper put forwards the temporary matching connection method and makes a statement of its working principle and analogy procedure. The research is mainly focused on the internal force and linear variation law of the hoisting structure during the hoisting process which include the lower edge opening, the upper edge displacement, the main cable linear variation law, the axial force change rales of the temporary connection and the tower stress change rule during the pushing process. The researches results show that using the temporary matching pieces can complete hoisting process.3、For the proposed lifting scheme, further study the effect on internal force and deformation during lifting process with different temporary connection methods. Compare the the change rule of the parameter which includes the lower edge opening, the main cable linear, the axial force of the temporary connection and the beam stress when lifting the stiffening girder with the different connection methods of temporary matching pieces and temporary hinge joint. Ultimately come to the conclusion that the temporary matching pieces can reduce the peak stress which is conducive to the structure.
