Nowadays, the aerospace science and technology development, the performance ofaircraft system has been optimized. But aviation frequent accidents in recent years, causedwidespread concern by the community for the safe operation of aircraft capabilities. By theaircraft accident investigation showed that the aviation accidents failures caused by the fueltank for a high proportion, urgent need for effective safety management, eliminate unsafefactors, prevent the happening of the accident.In this paper, based on the aircraft fuel system as the object, according to the basicframework of security management, introduction of advanced prognostics and healthmanagement technology, this paper build the safety management system of aircraft fuelsystem operational stage, and the key aspects of safety management were focused on: basedon FMECA, determine the condition monitoring of aircraft fuel system safety management;Discussed the method of system state evaluation、accident diagnosis and prediction. And inthe process of building safety management system, analysis risk attention order of thesubsystem, select evidence-based aircraft fuel tank, has carried on the experimental researchof safety monitoring parameters.In the experimental research stage, this paper analyzed fault tree for aircraft fuel tank fireexplosion accident, and affirmed the experimental research testing parameters; Based onplane fuel tank fire and explosion accidents, this paper studied experimental purpose andprinciple of security monitoring parameters. During the experiment, using the combustiblevapor explosion properties test equipment, test for the explosion limit (scope), the explosionpressure when the3#jet fuel vapor initial temperature at90、110、130and150, and analysesthe experimental data, get the valuable experimental conclusion.
