Axial piston pump gets very widely used in the areas of engineering application as a power base components in the hydraulic system. Compared with the open type hydraulic pump,the A4VG closed axial piston variable-displacement pump by Germany rexroth gets full approval because of its small size, high output pressure, high power density, variable-dispalcement control stability, long service life and outstanding environmental protection characteristics. The dynamic characteristics of axial piston pump variable-displacement control mechanism directly affect the output performance and the reliability of the pump. This subject comes from the cooperation project with AnShan TSX heavy industry technology company, aiming at breaking through the key variable-displacement control technology of A4VG pump, independently design and manufacture axial piston pump. To accurately analysis of the dynamic working process of and improve its variable control characteristic, this article takes the A4VG pump as an example, makes an intensive research into the internal structure of variable control mechanism. Electromagnetic valve’s characteristics directly relate to the movement of inclined plate. Therefore, this paper mainly analyzes the movement of valve and its main influence factors during the variable process, in order to improve the responsiveness and stability of pump.The existing variable-dispalcement control research status at home and abroad are elaborated from aspects of innovation and improvement of the control mechanism, the design of the control strategy and simulation analysis. The working mechanism of pump, ways of variable-dispalcement control are summarized and concluded. Closed loop variable-dispalcement control’s method represented by A4VG EP pump is analyzed. Solenoid valve and the variable piston is analyzed in variable process. The dynamic mathematical model of the control mechanism is created. The overall AMESim model of the pump is established. The dynamic movement of the valve in the variable process of pump are found. Quality and diameter and viscous damping of valve, feedback spring stiffness, filling pressure oil pump capacity, diameter of variable-dispalcement piston and so on, as the main influencing factors affect the dynamic characteristics of valve are studied. Considering the hydraulic system under the condition of load and leakage,analysis is made to find its influence on the pump output characteristic. An appropriate change of pump output oral and body volume as a buffer is put forward as a solution to reduce the pressure pulsation of the flow.This article research provides theoretical support for the design and improvement of new closed variable-dispalcement axial piston pump control system...
