| With the rapid development of China’s national economy, the demand for energy is growing. However, China’s resources of oil and coal are quite limited, and neither of them belong to clean and pollution-free energy. At present, China’s air pollution is serious, especially in fog and haze days which has brought trouble to every one of us. Since China has rich hydropower resources, good conditions for development, and hydropower is clean and pollution-free, vigorously promoting China’s hydropower construction contributes to the improvement of China’s current energy shortage and power shortage. Currently, China’s small hydropower has resulted in waste of water resources because of low utilization rate, a great waste and unreasonable unit operation. Along with the development of computer technology, communication technology and measurement technology, computer supervision and control system is becoming more and more mature in hydropower application. Therefore, how to establish an automatic real-time monitoring platform for optimization operation of hydropower station, and achieve automatic generation of optimal plant, has important significance for the small and medium-sized hydropower station.In this paper, aiming at the characteristics of small hydropower in China, by using the advanced algorithm, automatic optimization operation of hydropower station in the computer supervision and control system was researched in order to improve the safe operation level and economic benefits of hydropower station. The main contents were as follows:1) The basic concepts and theories of small hydropower technology projects, hydropower station economy operation and microcomputer interface technology were introduced.2) The object design of hydropower station real time optimal operation automatic control system in mcrocomputer supervision and control system platform was achieved. of Hydropower diversion system feature modules can be divided into objects, object Turbines, tailrace system objects; plant operation optimization module optimally was used to optimally distribute load of each unit based on real-time data acquisition and station features. interface module was used to achieve optimal operation of hydropower station computer, monitoring software and the data acquisition, and sending control command; dynamic database module was used to provide real-time data; the control unit module was used to to realize the control of hydraulic turbine.3) Through the COM object and the DLL Dynamic link library technology, programming interface and data communication for hydropower station optimal operation and computer monitoring system were achieved4) System database structure to optimize operation by monitoring platform hydropower station in real time automatic control was analyzed by optimal operation database of hydropower station. The feature database was established in the SQLServer2008 database system, including the diversion system database, Turbine database and tailrace system database; optimization operation of hydropower load distribution database, real-time dynamic database for optimal operation of hydropower provides data support.Optimization of load distribution of hydropower station in real time database, dynamic database, provides the data support for hydropower station optimal operation.5) According to the high level design requirements for small runoff hydropower station, this paper put forward a set for small hydroelectric power level control algorithm.a kind of fixed level power control algorithm suitable for small hydropower station and a detailed derivation describes implementation of the algorithm. Furthermore, it elaborated the realization of the algorithm.6) For the reservoir power station, according to the scheduling of discharge and the measured upstream water level, closed-loop control of the automatic optimization operation was implemented using special optimization operation software and optimization operation database on the computer supervision and control platform. |
