| The construction of disaster evacuation green space in our country is still in its beginning stages, and both the theories and the instructions are in shortage from site choosing to internal planning. In order to improve the planning and theories of the city disaster evacuation greenery patches construction and to definite the effects and significant of it, the systematic and scientific methods of planning and designing are advised. This paper conducted the following researches:combined with the building provincial garden city of Yangzhong, and supported by green space system in Yangzhong, the special research of disaster evacuation is carried out. The places for disaster evacuation can be scientific arranged according to the aspects such as the planning principles, space arrangements, isolation routes and the service radius. The urban open wide spaces are composed of large-scale parks, squares and the green belts in the green space system, which can be used as emergency shelters, places for dispersing the population and temporary settlements for Yangzhong people when disasters such as earthquakes and fires happened. Through scientific planning the efficiency and functions of the disaster evacuation system are improved. Making the most of the city green space, the life safeties of the citizens can be protected by the disaster evacuation green space in the progress of preventing the secondary disaster and rescuing after the disaster. We should improve the city evacuation green space system and take vigorous action to the planning and construction of the disaster evacuation green space. This paper also has referential value to the planning of green space for disaster precautions in other cities. |
