| Class Salen ligands and complexes have great significance in recognition, catalysis areas due to their special three-dimensional effect of space and fluorescence characteristics.In this paper, two class Salen ligands were synthesized by using2,4-di-tert-butyl-phenol, 3,5-di-tert-butyl-salicylaldehyde and others. Crystals of both compounds were obtained and characterized by IR, NMR, elemental analysis, X-ray single crystal diffraction.Because of the special selection with ion complexation of class Salen ligand, we test the ligands with metal ions(Li+ã€Na+ã€K+ã€Cd2+ã€Cs2+ã€Co2+ã€Cu2+ã€Hg2+ã€Mn2+ã€Ni2+ã€Zn2+) by means of UV and fluorescence. The Salen type ligands are both high selectivity and high sensitivity of the Zn2 + fluorescence sensor.We found the role of the axial ligand complexes of Salen in the study, so this test by UV recognition performance class Salen complexes with nitrogen-containing small molecules, concluded that class Salen complexes can well recognize containing small molecular nitrogen, and the complexing ability of the imidazole is stronger than that of pyridine, the same type of object, the smaller of the steric hindrance is stronger than a large steric hindrance. Preferably also calf thymus DNA were identified proven class Salen complexes can be inserted into the DNA, and the DNA binding molecules. |
