| In the oil field system, the pumping unit is one of the most important facilities in oil production.In order to increase the crude output and save energy, keep the pumping unit running in normal and scientific state is necessary and important. In the actual production of oil field, the most concern is whether the pumping unit is working properly or not. Because oil wells distribute abroad, especially in the adverse circumstances of wild environment, the pumping unit might fail frequently, such as belt slipping, broken, burning, etc., which will cause accident of unplanned shut-downs. The emergency processing of such accident in the production is the key to ensure working time efficiency and the production of oil well. Oilfield Company at this stage is mainly rely on staff to watch the video information 24 hours a day from the monitoring center to determine whether oil pumping machine is working properly or not. However, the eye fatigue may make production accident not receive timely detection and treatment. Therefore, the monitoring alarm system of pumping unit in progress based on intelligent video analysis technology is very urgent. In this paper, we combine the intelligent video analysis technology, wireless mobile communication technology and the Android remote monitoring technology, to develop a real-time monitor and alarm system, which can real-time monitor the pumping unit, and the monitoring results will sent to the user in real time on the phone alarm system via GPRS Modem. Using the Android smart phone APP client can timely, comprehensive, accurate get the abnormal information of pumping unit, which can help the staff make more intelligent decision and minimum the loses caused by the abnormal events of pumping unit as far as possible. This research enjoys important application value.On the basis of searching for a large literature and learning theoretical knowledge, first the author achieved the system of the pumping unit abnormal state detection module, using adjacent three frame difference algorithm for pumping unit state detection; Then,using the ODBC database programming technology system to send alarm information into the database, and GPRS Modem own database interface program timing scanning database, and send the information to the user’s phone; After users receive text messages, the use of the Android smart phone APP client will make the optimal solution according to the video monitoring status. This paper uses the abnormal monitoring video of pumping units provided by the oil field company as the data of system functional test to test that whether each module is working correctly and meeting the needs of system design or not. The results of the experiment show the accuracy, timeliness and usefulness of this system. |
